After 15 years, Jay Electronica’s debut album, “A Written Testimony” has finally been released. Electronica’s first full-length album was dropped from Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label, containing new tracks sample from Rihanna and Brian Eno, and feature collabs with Hova himself, James Blake, Travis Scott, Khruangbin and The-Dream.
The rapper, 43, debuted as a viral sensation with 2007’s “Act I: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge).” He partnered with veteran producer Just Blaze on 2009’s “Exhibit A” and “Exhibit C,” but promises of a full-length album never materialized.
