Central Park Five case prosecutor “Linda Fairstein” sues Netflix and Ava DuVernay. Her suit is in reference to the Netflix, Ava DuVernay mini series about the Central Park Five kids, who were wrongly jailed in 1989 called , “When They See Us”. The former prosecutor had filed many suits when the series came out in 2019 which were thrown out , but it seems a New York judge is allowing a few to stand… Meaning the case will move forward…
