Big Sean and Jhené Aiko have filed for a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker who broke into their home. According to TMZ, the couple went to court looking to be granted a restraining order against 29-year-old Ian Craig Lees.
Aiko reportedly “fears for her life,” as Lees has shown up to various events and concerts, and broke into the couple’s Pacific Palisades home that they share with their infant son, Noah, as well as Aiko’s 14-year-old daughter. The break-in reportedly happened earlier this month and resulted in Lees getting into an altercation with the couple’s neighborhood’s security team. After sneaking past security, the stalker reportedly gained access into Sean and Jhené’s home.
According to court records, a judge has denied the temporary restraining order request for now, but a court date has been set for September 14 . If granted, it will keep Lees legally over 100 yards away from Big Sean, Jhené Aiko and their family.
