Snoop Dogg announced plans for his 19th studio album, as well as the release of a Def Jam kids’ record, during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Snoop joined Def Jam Recordings as an executive creative and strategic consultant back in June; he confirmed that his upcoming album, titled Algorithm, will arrive in November and feature “a lot of big-name acts and some new ones.” The project comes after April’s From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites and will mark the first time that the rapper has put out two studio albums in the same year.
